Adding Elements to Sections

Click on each step to see the related image
Build your content using our versatile elements: Texts for conveying ideas, Dividers for organizing information, and Images for adding visual appeal.

A. Text

Click on "Add new Element" and select "Text" in the dropdown menu. Once selected, a text editor will appear, and you can type, paste, and edit it using the pencil icon.

B. Divider

Click on "Add new Element" and select  "Divider" in the dropdown menu. Once selected, you will create a distinct visual break between different sections of your layout.

C. Image

Click on the "Upload image" option in the dropdown menu. You can  upload them either from your computer or from an Image Repository included in ToogleBox.  Images can be customized to fit your design (border radius and width).

1. Add a "Card Element"

Cards are versatile tools for creating engaging content. Use them as calls-to-action, for organizing information, or for highlighting key points.

Add a card by clicking 'Add new element' and selecting 'Card.' Customize its appearance with colors, backgrounds, gradients, fonts, icons, and borders to match your brand and make it visually appealing.

2. Assign an Action to your Card

After formatting the Card, choose an action: Open a URL, File, or HTML. You can also link to existing internal contents, either from other sections or from an entirely different content.

How to create a Content

1. Create a new Content

To 'Create a new Content' click on the orange button located at the center of the screen. It will take you to a pop-up screen where you must enter a name and description and then click 'Create''

2. Create your first section

The first section appears on the left-side of the screen. It must be renamed by clicking on the pencil icon. This section, by default, is the landing section. However, it can be changed by assigning the greenhouse icon to another section.

3. Add elements to your first section

Choose from the different types of elements: texts, images, dividers, cards, or other preexisting internal contents. Elements can be arranged flexibly and formatted to create a visually appealing design. Actions can be assigned to elements such as linking to URLs, files, or HTML.

4. Create more sections as needed

Add more sections by clicking 'Add new section' on the left-side menu. Then proceed with the same process: rename them and add elements and related actions to each of them.

5. Run the content simulator

The right-side screen displays a preview of the content. Click the 'Run simulator' button to check the complete design's look when it is published.

6. Save and Publish

While still working on the content, select 'Save draft.' When the content is ready, click 'Save' and it will be available for approval. When the authorized person clicks 'Approve' the content will be ready to be published.

Note: When content has been published and changes are made and approved, the new version will be published automatically.

1. Select the audience

First, select your target audience. You can choose from the complete domain, organizational units, ToogleBox groups, or specific individuals.

2. Update the date/time

Update the desired publication date. By default, your content will remain published indefinitely. If you prefer to set a specific end date and time, you can easily do so in the publishing settings.

3. Select the publishing channel

The third publishing step is to decide where the audiences will see the content: in the Gmail add-on, the InfoBox web app or the InfoBox Mobile App. The selected choices must align with the company content publishing guidelines.

4. Review the changes before approving

The approval process allows you to review previous versions, and you have the option to restore to an older one if needed.

‍In accordance with the GDPR (European General Data Protection Regulation), for customers located in the EEA (European Economic Area) ToogleBox acts as the Controller for the processing of personal data collected from the customer with the purpose of rendering End-user info update, External contact sharing, Signature Management, Dynamic Group Management, Contact search, deletion, audit, and synchronization, Email damage control tools (email recall, search and deletion), Internal narrowcasting tool (Bulletin Board) services. For this purpose, ToogleBox will process only Full name and job-related fields present in the Google Workspace Directory, i.e. email address, title, department, phone numbers, street address, Supervisor’s email address, employee type, cost center from Google Workspace domain users, and external contacts.

ToogleBox respects all current legislation regarding the protection of personal data, the privacy of users, and the confidentiality and security of personal data, in accordance with what is established in legislation regarding the protection of data, in particular, Regulation 2016/679 of the European Union and the Council of 27 April 2016, adopting all the technical and organizational measures necessary to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft of the personal data provided, taking into account the technological state, the nature of the personal data, and the risks to which it is exposed.
