Can you buy only InfoBox instead of the complete tools included in ToogleBox?
Yes, InfoBox is available as a standalone product.
How can I access the content creation InfoBox component ?
You can log in through ToogleBox and then click on the InfoBox icon.
Where can viewers access published content?
End-users can view content through the Gmail side panel add-on, the InfoBox Web app (infobox.info), and the mobile app for iOS and Android.
What can viewers see when they open the add-on or mobile app?
The viewers can see the landing sections of all the contents that have been published specifically for them.
Who installs the InfoBox Gmail add-on?
The Super Admin installs the InfoBox Gmail add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace.
Can I generate images within InfoBox?
Yes, you can generate them using the Option Composed Image. Use the editor to create a new image composed of a mix of customizable text and uploaded images. You can even edit the HTML code by clicking 'View' > 'Source code.'
Can I format the text elements?
Texts can be aligned to the center, right, or left. They can also be formatted to bold, italic, or underline for impactful highlights.  A variety of colors can also be used to customize the look of your text.
How are sections organized when saving a content?
Sections are reordered in alphabetical order after being created. nYou can reorder them using the arrows
How do I select the landing section?
When creating new content, the first section created will be set as the landing section by default. If multiple sections are created, you can select a different landing section by clicking the house icon, which will change to green.
Can you change the order of the contents displayed when clicking the add-on?
Yes, you can change the order of the contents at any time. You must choose the reorder icon with the two arrows and reorder them according to your preferences.
What happens if a content is deleted but it is linked to other content?
InfoBox notifies the user and prevents the deletion of linked content to maintain content integrity and avoid broken links.
Can the admin know whether users click and/or read content?
Yes, by clicking the History butom you can see the Content management and delivery history. You can choose any activity type, such as creating, publishing, clicking, searching or any other option.
Does InfoBox have a search engine?
Yes, you can search contents on the three channels (add-on, web-app and mobile app). You can also track the search tasks.
Can a section include all the elements from another section?
Yes, sections can incorporate all elements from another section using the 'Insert internal content' element.
Are publications deleted after a certain period of time?
When publishing a content, you can configure the date range for which it will be published. If no end date is selected, the default is to keep the content forever unless deleted.
What are the different permission roles available in InfoBox?
There are four permission levels assigned at the account level: Viewer (can see content/interactions), Editor (can create and modify content), Publisher (can approve and publish), and Manager (can customize permissions for the content)

How are permissions assigned?
Permissions are assigned at the account level. If different permissions are required for specific content, that content must be protected and then assigned the new permissions, which will overwrite the previous settings.
Will there be any checks for offensive or inappropriate content?
InfoBox does not perform automatic offensive content checks. Content moderation is the responsibility of the company to ensure appropriateness.
Can users without a Google Workspace account access InfoBox?
Yes, InfoBox is an email-agnostic platform. Users with Microsoft, Yahoo, or personal email accounts (like iCloud or personal Gmail) can be added to eternal audiences.
Do I need to purchase additional Google Workspace licenses for external or frontline workers?
No, InfoBox allows you to include external users without needing additional Google Workspace licenses, helping you save on operational costs.
How do external users log in?
Users can log in using Single Sign-On (SSO) with their existing Google or Microsoft credentials. For other providers, they can use the "Continue Another Way" option to create an account linked to their email with a dedicated password
How is content organized if a user is connected to multiple companies?
The user's feed is organized with company dividers, visually separating the content by organization name to prevent confusion.
Can end-users manage which organizations they receive content from?
Yes. In the InfoBox app, users have a "Manage Subscriptions" screen where they can use toggle switches to opt-in or block specific external publishers. They can also drag and drop their subscriptions to prioritize their preferences.
How does InfoBox notify users of newly published content?
While technical limitations prevent notifications within the Gmail add-on, the mobile app delivers instant push notifications. When Editors approve and publish content, they can choose to trigger a mobile notification and customize the title and body of the alert. There are also beowser notifications for the webapp.
