Have you tried our new Dynamic Group Management features?

ToogleBox Dynamic Group Management generates groups based on regular Google Workspace fields or custom attributes. You can use groups as email distribution lists or to grant access to documents and folders in Drive. 

Groups can be created based on more than one grouping field, giving the possibility to use up to three governing fields.  Furthermore, optional rules can be defined to include/exclude members based on the Directory fields' contents. If needed, a single group can be created based on multiple conditions, offering the functionality currently included in Google's Enterprise version.‍

ToogleBox dynamic approach dramatically reduces the group maintenance burden, improves their consistency, and keeps them in sync with the Directory.
