1. Install the OU Service Scope
The Super Admin must manually add the OU Scope from the Google Workspace Console following the instructions described in our
Installation Manual
.
2. Dowload the existing OU structure
If you want to generate a CSV with the existing OUs, select the blue arrow pointing down.
3. Create OUs massively using a CSV
After updating the information with Googe Sheets, convert it to a CSV file and upload it selecting the blue arrow pointing up.
4. Delete OUs in bulk
Select the red arrow pointing up to upload a CSV file containing the OUs to be deleted. In order to delete them, OUs must not have any associated child OUs, users, or devices.
