ToogleBox utilizes a "Download-Modify-Upload" workflow to ensure existing shared contacts are updated accurately. Administrators must first download the current CSV list from the ToogleBox panel, apply the necessary changes to the file, and then re-upload it to either append new contacts or replace the entire list within the Google Directory.
