Email Search and Deletion Step by Step

1. Select the target domains
Begin by selecting the domains where you want to perform the email search. This feature offers the flexibility to narrow down your search to specific domains within your organization.
2. Define search criteria
Specify your search criteria. You can filter emails based on date range, subject, specific text, and more. Even emails in the trash folder will appear on the search results.
3. Initiate the search
Once your search criteria is set, simply click on the button to start the search process. ToogleBox will review all mailboxes within the selected domains for emails that match your specified criteria.
4. Super Admin email review and deletion
After the search is complete, the Super Admin has to review the search results and select the emails to be deleted. ToogleBox ensures transparency by sending an email with detailed results, and every action is meticulously recorded in an auditable log.
5. Receive the task results via email
The generated report provides a comprehensive overview of the emails that where searched and deleted in each account. Additionally, it highlights cases of emails that were not deleted because they were sent to accounts outside the domain, offering insights into potential data leakage.
