1. Configure the new Data Access view

Create a new data access configuration for the selected domain.

2. Define Data Access Characteristics

The following steps are required for creating a New Data Access:

1. Select User Profile Attributes to define which fields are visible and/or read-only for end-users.
2. Select Authorized Domains for which this data access rule will apply.             3. Determine which end-users will have this access (a specific domain, Org Unit, or individual persons).
4. Finalize the configuration by either previewing the data access rule or creating it directly.
